- If you have a very small business, you don’t have to register it. This is definitely a myth because of all the legal regulations that you must follow. Every business no matter how large or small is legally required to register their business and acquire a tax identification number for their business.
- There are lots of government grants that are available for people who start small businesses. Although we would all like this myth to be true, it is just not true. There are some grants that are available for those wanting to start a business, but there are just not an abundance of them. If you want to start your own business, you may just need to find an investor to back your company.
